Cooler weather, football games, and the ubiquitous Pumpkin Spice Latte are finally here! Fall is my favorite time of year, even though we don’t have a true fall in Houston. Fall fashion and decorating make my heart flutter – I look forward to sitting by a fire, drinking hot chocolate, and leafing through magazines with pictures of New England and apple picking and pumpkin patches. The fact that I usually have to wait until December to do this is of no consequence!
These days, I regularly peruse Pinterest for inspiration. I can do this for hours. I call it pintercrastinating (putting off important tasks by pinning things onto virtual bulletin boards.) Thanks, Karen! It’s hard to picture myself in the clothes sometimes. And when I look at pictures of the usual models vs. the “plus size” models, the differences in appearance are shocking to me. Look for more of these posts in the future!
